Samsung launches a wide range of products every year, making it essential for sales teams and retail partners to quickly understand what makes each new device stand out. Together with my team, I helped redesign Samsung Nordic’s product communication toolkit, creating a more engaging and accessible way to present key features, benefits, and sales messages.

By replacing dense technical information and complex comparison tables with stronger visual storytelling, concise copy, and a more human tone of voice, we transformed the toolkit into a resource that people genuinely wanted to explore. The new approach created space for impactful imagery, clearer messaging, and a more intuitive user experience.
By making product information easier to understand and more engaging to consume, the toolkit strengthened product knowledge, improved retailer engagement, and helped build greater confidence in Samsung’s sales ecosystem.
